Credits Purchase

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Service Orders

Credits are deducted immediately when you place an order. Due to the automated nature of AI content generation, orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.

Quality Guarantee

We strive to deliver high-quality digital products. If you are unsatisfied with a delivery:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide specific feedback on quality issues
  • We will review on a case-by-case basis
  • We may offer a credit adjustment or re-generation at our discretion

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent service delivery:

  • Report the issue immediately to support@omnimind24.com
  • We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue
  • Credits may be restored if the issue was caused by our system

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
  • Service outage preventing order fulfillment
  • Unauthorized account access

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all credits.
