By accessing and using OmniMIND24's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

OmniMIND24 provides AI-powered digital product creation services. We use a proprietary COSTAR-based system to select the most appropriate AI models from our collection of 25 models to fulfill your content requests.

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Complete a COSTAR profile questionnaire
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not share your account with others

Our platform operates on a credits-based system. Credits must be purchased before ordering services. Credits are:

• Non-refundable once purchased
• Non-transferable between accounts
• Valid indefinitely unless account is terminated
• Deducted immediately upon order placement

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload to our platform. By uploading, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content solely to provide our services.

Generated Content: You own the digital products we create for you. We may use anonymized metadata from your orders to improve our AI selection algorithm.

When uploading media files, you agree to:

• Maximum file size: 100MB per file
• Supported formats: Images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP), Videos (MP4, MOV), Documents (PDF, DOCX)
• Not upload copyrighted material without permission
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Not upload files containing viruses or malware

You may not use our services to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI selection algorithm

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

OmniMIND24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
